What is the status of my order?
To check your order status, simply log into your account and click "Order History." Don't have an account? Please check the email you input at checkout to find updates.
I placed an order but, want to add more

How do you ship?
We have the ability to ship orders via USPS, UPS and more. You'll be able to select from these options at checkout.
My order is damaged or missing something
We are very sorry to hear that, but don't worry we can help! Please email sales@cascadeinnovations.net. To expedite the process please be sure to include the order number, photos, and a description of what was missing or damaged.
Can I return or exchange this?
You can return items that are in new, and in unused condition for a full refund up to 14 days after the delivery date. Please email sales@cascadeinnovations.net for information on your return. *Electrical or special order items are non-refundable.*

Dealers
You can signup to become a dealer if you have a registered business.
Why would I want to become a dealer?
Plan on ordering our products in bulk for your customers? Sounds like becoming a dealer is meant for you! We offer discounts to registered businesses once they have been approved. Please note, not all businesses will be accepted for a dealer account.
