Do you have free shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over $100 to the lower 48 United States. This EXCLUDES Splat Designs Custom Painted Deck Sets.
How do you ship?
We have the ability to ship orders via USPS, UPS and more. You'll be able to select from these options at checkout.
My order is damaged or missing something
We are very sorry to hear that, but don't worry we can help! Please email sales@cascadeinnovations.net. To expedite the process please be sure to include the order number, photos, and a description of what was missing or damaged.
Where can I find my order number?
Usually, you receive this by email after placing your order. Haven't received the email? Be sure to check your spam folder. You can also login to your account online and view the order number.
I placed an order but, want to add more

Can I return this?
You can return items that are in new, and in unused condition for a full refund up to 14 days after the delivery date. Please email sales@cascadeinnovations.net for information on your return.
*Electrical or special order items are non-refundable.
Can I exchange it?
Depending on the circumstances, you can exchange most items up to 14 days after delivery. Please email sales@cascadeinnovations.net to start the process.
